First, head over to the park and walk up to him! He will tell you the following:
He will also give you this snazzy pair of glasses!
These glasses will make the whole Chobots planet purple and help you find the secret Nicho Spies! (NOTE: You can not do this quest without these glasses, they MUST be on your Chobot throughout the whole quest)
Once you see the robot (in a random room) you must walk over to it, when it glows red, you have stopped it. Next, move your mouse over it and click it. This will allow you to pick it up.
You will then go back to the Park and walk up to Chopix and he will give you a reward. Once you do this same step 4 other times, you will finally see the following message:
CONGRATULATIONS! YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE CHOPIX QUEST!
